Assembling The Chinese Pterodactyl I UAV Factory Chengdu Aircraft Industry Group

 Chinese television CCTV footage showed 13 Build Chinese unmanned aerial vehicles of medium height and a long-range flight (MALE) Pterodactyl I factory Chengdu Aircraft Industry Group (part of the Aviation Industry Corporation AVIC) in Chengdu. 

UAV Pterodactyl I (Chinese Yilong-1) - the device class MALE, its characteristics and its intended use is comparable with the U.S. General Atomics MQ-1 Predator. The device take-off weight of 1100 kg equipped with piston engine producing 100 hp and is capable of carrying a payload of 200 kg. 

For devices were developed several types of weapons, including anti-tank missiles specially modified HJ-10 and 50-pound guided aerial bombs. According to earlier statements by leadership of the Chinese import-export company CATIC, the device is already exported to four countries, including the State of Central Asia, there were negotiations with a number of other potential customers. 

Successful mass production and export Pterodactyl I clearly demonstrates that unmanned aviation is one of the few areas where China has a real and indisputable superiority over Russia.
