The body of the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster sports a two-tone finish, as the windshield pillar, the two roof sections and the rear window area up to the “fins” are painted in gloss black. The range of colors available for the Roadster has been supplemented with a very light, metallic blue color,

Azzuro Thetis, whose tone varies with the angle of the light. This color was inspired by one of the hues found on the 1968 Miura Roadster. The final exterior enhancement for the Aventador Roadster is a set of 20″/21″ lightweight forged aluminium wheels which are unique to the car.

Powering the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster is the same 6.5 litre V12 as found in the Coupe. In addition, the performance is almost exactly the same as the coupe. The sprint from 0-62 mph takes just 3.0 seconds (0.1 seconds slower than the Coupe), while the top speed of 217 mph (350km/h) is identical.

All this doesn’t come cheap though. Not that any of you would have been expecting a bargain! When it goes on sale the Aventador Roadster will come with a 300,000 EUR price tag (at the current exchange rate that works out to $381,000).
