Drift has today announced a new addition to their action camera line-up with the launch of their new Drift Ghost HD action camera, which is now equipped with and industry-first two-way LED remote control, that can be used up to from 10m away from the camera.
The HD Ghost camera is fitted with indicator LEDs that communicate the mode currently in use by displaying a colour-coded LED indicating video, photo, timelapse or photoburst modes.

Together with on/off indicator light, video recording/tagging capabilities in continuous loop mode, and an integrated 2-inch Gorilla Glass LCD screen for viewing your content on.
Drift explains: “Action sports enthusiasts can save a recorded event up to five minutes after it happens while in Video Tag/Loop mode, which records footage in a continuous loop style. The video clip is stored in the camera’s memory, and will save the clip only if the user chooses to “tag” it.”

The Drift Ghost HD Action Cam is also fitted with a new set of optics “seven element lens”  enclosed using Gorilla Glass 2 for extra protection, as well as built in Wi-Fi, and is waterproof to a depth of nine feet. The Drift HD Ghost is available to pre-order from today for $400, with shipping starting November 19th, just in time for the holiday season.
