“Fly me to the moon / Let me play among the stars … “. Those were the words of the immortal Frank Sinatra; but since we can’t all be that optimistic, you could actually get closer to making that dream come true.
The Moon Orbiter Tourbillon, a very original piece including a flying tourbillon, is a limited edition watch – 25-pieces at $115,000 per. This one of a kind, avant-garde designed piece of high-tech innovation allows you to carry a piece of the moon on your wrist. Yup, not kidding!

The dial has moon dust incorporated into it, and there is Apollo 11 DNA in the case. This big and bold watch has its case built from presumably melted down metal from the Apollo 11 spacecraft and sapphire crystals for a clear view of the intriguing inner mechanisms.
The dial on the right shows basic hour/minute time,  ” + and -” power reserve indicator is located on the bottom of the dial, while the flying tourbillon —  anchored by an arm which extends from the lower part of the movement – is on the left. The piston-style spring-loaded lugs are a nice touch, adding both to the watch’s form and functionality.
