The Maserati Granturismo really is something from the old era of car design. It has no full-LED headlights, no active air intakes and no 4G internet connectivity. What it does have is one of the most emblematic shapes to wear the trident in the past few decades. It really is gorgeous.
This one though is a little bit classless, a little bit like a three-button suit made from yellow spandex. The guy over at WrapStyle in the Czech Republic were asked to wrap the car in camouflage and they did so to the best of their abilities.
The Granturismo S even has camo wheels, so when it's practically invisible once it enters a forest. Camo wraps aren't that uncommon. Footballer Mario balotelli has a camo Bentley. In fact, he also owns a Maserati Granturismo. Could this be his? we don't know yet.
Even if it's lost all its class, the Granturimo S has plenty of redeeming features. Two main novelties are at the heart of the new Maserati: the 440 hp V8 4.7 engine and the electro-actuated gearbox with fast MC-Shift placed at the back for better weight distribution.
