Gibbs Phibian Amphitruck

After creating the ultimate amphibious off road machine in the Quadski, the team at Gibbs Technologies are back at it again, this time creating a vehicle that’s capable of not only hauling you around, but also up to 15 of your friends.

The Gibbs Phibian is the brand’s first stab at what they are calling an Amphitruck. Essentially an amphibious truck, this carbon fiber constructed monster has been equipped with a 500 horsepower turbo diesel engine that will help the Phibian tear up both land and sea. The 30 foot vehicle has the ability to switch on 4WD for off road terrain, and with a push of a button you will be ready to hit the waves in just under 10 seconds. Thanks to the jet propulsion system, the Phibian is capable of hitting speeds of around 30 miles per hour on the water. There’s no price tag for this concept vehicle yet, but expect it to break the bank.
