W Motors S.A.L is a new coach-builder based in the Middle East that recently unveiled their first model, which is called the Lykan Hypersport. The W Motors Lykan Hypersport had its world debut at the 2013 Qatar Motor Show and it will go on sale this year.
The W Motors Lykan Hypersport is powered by a 6-cylinder twin-turbocharged engine and it has a mid-engine rear-wheel-drive architecture. W Motors says that the Lykan Hypersport has a maximum output of 750 hp and 1,000 Nm of torque. Its official specifications say that the Lykan is able to accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 2.8 seconds and to reach a top speed of 245 mph (395 km/h).
We're talking Bugatti Veyron territory here. However, the Lykan is a lot more expensive than the Veyron. W Motors plans to build only seven units of the Lykan Hypersport, each priced at 3.4 million USD. We'll have more details about the Lykan Hypersport as soon as W Motors makes them available.
