French motorcycle manufacturer Voxan has unveiled the Wattman, a 200-horsepower electric motorcycle which accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.4 seconds and to 100 mph in 5.9 seconds. Dubbed “the most powerful electric motorcycle ever built,” the bike’s lithium-ion battery can be charged to 80% capacity in 30 minutes using the European COMBO II quick charge socket standard. The 12.8-kWh battery gives the Wattman over a little over 100 miles of range for a bike that’s both robust and practical. No word yet on any wide release but we’ll be sure to keep you posted as we hear more.
