The iPhone 5C wasn’t the only trick the Cupertino based team at Apple had up their sleeves today. The technology brand also decided to unveil yet another iteration on their current smartphone with the introduction of the Apple iPhone 5S.

While the 5C was a more affordable option for Apple fans, the 5S pulls out all the stops, and employs some solid technology in both the hardware and software departments. The iPhone 5S is equipped with an all new A7 chip, making it the world’s first smartphone to utilize a 64-bit processor. The best part is that Apple managed to use this processor without affecting battery life.
The 5S gets many of the same upgrades as the 5C as well, which include iOS7, the iSight camera with 15 percent larger sensor, burst mode, improved image stabilization and flash among other things. The real exciting feature for the iPhone 5S is a feature we thought we were going to see with the original iPhone 5 release, and that’s the fingerprint sensor built right into the phone’s home button, which allows you to access your phone with just the touch of your finger. The Apple iPhone 5S will be available in both 16GB and 32GB ($199-$299), and will see a September 20th release date.
